Kit has enjoyed playing professional football at the very highest level of the game, captaining both Portsmouth and Manchester City and representing his country at full international level 37 times. Throughout his career he has worked with legends of the sport including, Kevin Keegan, Jean Tigana, Jim Smith and Mark Hughes and has collected championship winning medals along the way.

Since his retirement from playing, Kit successfully completed his UEFA ‘A’ licence and gained his Certificate in Applied Football Management at the University of Warwick whilst working as Assistant Manager/First Team Coach with Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

Kit is currently working for Fulham F.C. in the position of Senior Scout / Academy Coach. Kit’s ability to evaluate talent at all levels of the game is exceptional, as he truly understands first hand what’s required by players to succeed at the top level of the sport.
